What are my shipping options?
We have two shipping & handling fee options for our customers, we make use of The Courier Guy to deliver your package.
- R120 flat rate, is our shipping & handling fee for orders within South Africa.
- You are welcome to send your own courier to collect, please select pick-up at checkout and then kindly arrange with us via email or WhatsApp
- If you would like to make use of Pudo we offer that option as well for our customers on tighter budgets

Can I make a return?
We do not accept any returns for sanitary reasons. Please inspect your product once you receive it, we will not accept any liability of broken products purchased after it has been in your possession for more than 7 days. Gift cards are also non-refundable or returnable.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of purchase. We cannot cancel orders that have been processed or shipped.
Can I add to my order after I have placed an order?
Of course you can, you can create a new cart or let us know what more you want to add, we will then adjust your existing cart for you. Please pop us an email or message on social media to let us know.
