1. When can I expect to receive my order after payment has been processed?
*Delivery Timelines for Orders:*
*All Printed & Engraved items – Delivery within 2-3 weeks, extending to 2-4 weeks during peak season. *Silicone Products (such as Dummy Clips, Bag Tags, Wristlet, and Teethers): Delivery within 1-2 weeks.

2. When are Peak Seasons and the Importance thereof:
Please note our peak seasons are October, November, and December. This is crucial as orders may take 2-4 weeks to fulfil during this period. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend ordering well in advance for Christmas. Thank you for your understanding!

3. Where are you located?
We operate 100% online however our home store is in Pretoria East, Gauteng. We ship all over South Africa.

4. What payment options do you accept online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Instant EFT. If you would like to do a direct EFT into our bank account, please send an email to info@lgdstore.co.za

5. What are my shipping options?
We have three options for our customers, we make use of The Courier Guy to deliver your package.

1. Pudo Locker to Locker – R60

2. Courier Guy flat rate of R130

3. You are welcome to send your own courier to collect, please select pick-up at checkout and then kindly arrange with us via email or WhatsApp

6. Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, local pick-up is available for customers based in Pretoria East, Gauteng. You can collect from our private household address 664 Plettenberg street Oppibult Complex Unit 2, Faerie Glen Pretoria, 0081

7. Can I make a return?
We do not accept any returns for sanitary reasons. Please inspect your product once you receive it, we will not accept any liability of broken products purchased after it has been in your possession for more than 7 days. Gift cards are also non refundable or returnable.

8. Can I add to my order after I have placed an order?
Of course, you can, you can create a new cart or let us know what more you want to add, we will then adjust your existing cart for you. Please pop us an email or message on social media to let us know.

9. Do you do custom designs?
Yes, we do please reach out via WhatsApp or email, and we will gladly assist. We try as far as possible make your dreams come true.

10. Will I see my design before it is created?
Yes, we can send it to you for approval first if needed. Please reach out to us with your order nr and we will share it with you before it goes into production
